Care Team
“I’m not homeless anymore, and I have a job.”
Our care team provides one-on-one, youth-centered support to help young people ages 12–24 navigate life’s challenges and reach the goals they set for themselves. Whether a youth needs help with housing, education, employment, or meeting basic needs, our staff are there to guide them, advocate for them, and connect them with the right resources.
Using a Housing First approach, we prioritize safety and stability while building trust and relationships that allow youth to progress at their own pace. Our care team doesn’t just address immediate needs—they empower youth to build skills, confidence, and independence for the long term.
We also work closely with community partners to make sure youth have access to additional support services, from mental health counseling to vocational programs, ensuring that each individual receives the care that fits their unique situation.
Every interaction is youth-centered—meaning we listen first, honor each youth’s goals, and work alongside them without judgment. Our approach is flexible, compassionate, and tailored to the unique journey of every young person who walks through our doors.
