21yrs of age or older with a valid WA state drivers license and vehicle insurance
Flexibility and adaptability with work schedule, including working evenings and some weekends
Computer literacy. Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Word and Excel, as well as Intuit Workforce.
The ability to work as part of a team and with people from various backgrounds and beliefs.
Experience being or working with homeless or at risk youth (12-24)
Strong problem solving skills

Pay: $18-$22.50hr
Purpose of the position: To assist homeless youth and young adults attain positive and stable housing. This position also provides individualized client support by helping each client set and achieve goals to address barriers in their life that prevent them from attaining safe and stable housing.
Primary Responsibilities:
Contact clients weekly to coordinate and provide supportive services
Provide information, referrals, and advocacy to assist clients in receiving services and resources
Assist clients in connecting with landlords and apply for permanent housing
Complete and maintain records of client activity and progress.
Maintain daily production logs

Pay: $18-$22.50hr
Purpose of the position: To provide educational information about The Youth Connection to the community through youth, young adults, community members, businesses and individuals who would benefit and share about the organization to build community awareness to end and prevent homelessness.
Primary Responsibilities:
Report all supplies, equipment, and resources needed for outreach/diversion to Outreach Coordinator, as well as report daily activities to the Outreach Coordinator.
Ability to lift, bend, stoop, kneel, and spend a significant amount of time walking and driving.
